Edgar Snyder & Associates was a wonderful firm to work with. I was told by a judge not to come back to court without a lawyer, and Edgar Snyder & Associates was the first firm to come to mind - mainly because of their reputation, but also their positive community philanthropy. So - I filled out the screening questions on my phone (it was very late), and was immediately contacted in the morning for further discussion. The entire process was simple and fairly quick.
Attorney John Belak was assigned to my case, and he was incredible. My life was pretty much in turmoil at the time, and he was patient, compassionate, and understanding when I was sidelined/distracted by another issue that I was forced to resolve (which happened multiple times). He was also very "down to earth", never making me feel inferior in any way.
The support staff are fabulous - even tracking me down (I stayed with a relative certain days) if they had to! Mary Ann, Glenda, Hayley, and many others were always friendly, efficient, and kind - ready to answer a question or to quickly find someone who would be able to resolve a problem. It was a true pleasure to meet/speak with each and every member of "my team", and I always felt that my opinion was respected and valued.
