The first room we went to, the cold water didn't work so the shower was boiling hot. We told the front desk and they said just to downgrade a suite for the night so we can shower. We packed all of our stuff and downgraded for the night, but the television didn't work. Finally morning came and they gave us back our original suite but in a different room. So we packed all our stuff AGAIN. We called the manager, Jay, to see if we can get a discount for all these inconveniences, but he said the most he can do is $20. $20!!!! That is nothing, he then started giving us attitude. It was the worst stay ever. Just save your money and go to Sybaris. This was nothing but trouble, no romance at all. We're never coming back to Essence again
