Waited on a wheelchair to get my dad from outpatient to radiology, after waiting for 15 mins, I went looking for one and the front desk said good luck on finding one, then I went to the main entrance and the rude man said to go look in emergency! This place is very sub standard, and has a lack of professionalism!! Also we did preregistration and it still took 60 mins to get checked in. A year ago when my wife passed in the ICU the charge nurse called her a vegetable in front of my son, 2 hours before she passed away! Pull your heads out of your butts!! We will move to twin city this place is a joke!!!
