We had an issue with our furnace which was replaced in February 2012 by Boehmers/Cronin Emery Service Experts. Service Experts were quick to send out a repair technician who fixed the furnace quickly and professionally. I had a complaint regrading the cost of the labour to replace the warranty part and Wayne was quick to contact me. Wayne explained the reasoning behind the pricing structure for warranty repairs and offered a discount to rectify the issue. The problem was resolved quickly and professionally.
