For an hour for someone to acknowledge your existence only to tell you to go to shipping and receiving and they can help. You have 1 person in shipping and receiving that you can deal with...Peggy. And what is she doing... Sleeping. Everyone else refuses to help and God forbid someone else help or wake her up to do her job. They may be a cheaper company for freight but I don't recommend them at all. Don't waste your time with this company.
