Because they had availability, we were able to settle down earlier than expected. We were grateful, especially after being so low energy with the last couple months of work.

Great that they have a shuttle service to nearby businesses. Our driver on a few occasions--Jeff--was excellent. He went above and beyond and really helped us in so many ways.

The 3rd floor smelled somewhat the entire 4.5 day trip. Some of the staff were not sharp and without resources, per report of a few colleagues.

Non-dairy milk was offered at buffet meals and refreshment breaks. Esmeralda was among the friendly and helpful.

The indoor and outdoor were very nice. There was even a corkscrew water slide! We were grateful to have access to these.

Edit: just learned that my financially-restricted friend got charged for the entire stay for all of us. All she did was try to pay for her own laundry. I made the reservation, I checked in first, I made the CC deposit, I was the last to check out. All she did was cover clothes cleaning days later. This was a huge mistake, that she really couldn't afford to have made. So much for trying to help out a friend this one time she needed my help, instead of vice versa as it usually has been in our years of friendship. I hope and suggest that Hilton at least give her the laundry cost free/discounted.
