A little tricky to find from JR Namba even when following directions as the stations are very busy. Closest station to Swissotel is Namba Nankai. Check in was fast and efficient the room we booked was a queen sized room which was of a good size. A few English channels on the TV, which was a plus. The view of the city from our room was incredible. The room was clean, modern with a Nespresso machine. The amenities replenished daily. The bath was sizable and there was ample storage for clothing. We would stay again when visiting Osaka.
