I've worked with other management companies and California Realty Group is probably the best I've worked with. You still have to closely monitor deductions and services provided and occasionally might find inaccuracies but I've never had problems with them explaining charges thoroughly and taking them off if they were incorrect. I wish they had a branch in MN :-)
