Tyler Ducharme did an excellent job answering my questions, informing me of my options, and getting me the best price possible on a certified pre-owned Honda. He made the process of trading in my old car and choosing the best new car for me as painless as possible. He's even mailing me the garage door opener I forgot in my old car because I don't live nearby! This was my first time buying a car that isn't a beater and he was so patient and polite in explaining all of the new features I'd never heard of.
