My experience with Rated People was average. The tradesperson I hired was competent, but there were some minor issues with their work. Overall, the website was easy to use, and I appreciated the ability to compare ratings and reviews. However, I expected a slightly better outcome for the price I paid. I would consider using Rated People again but with more caution.
