This was the first place I ever shopped in downtown Ann Arbor when I abruptly transferred to UM in January 2014. I had 0 down stuff and had no idea what down products even were. haha I also did not by any means have good snow boots. I still wear that Patagonia down vest. Highly recommend this place. Usually the customer service is great, and sometimes downstairs they have some good discounts. It's also a mom and pop shop so you're supporting a small business. They also, from what I understand from my friends, pay their employees really well. Definitely shop here if you're in the market for any outdoors stuff!
