As this was our first time at Massanutten, to say it was disappointing is an understatement. Our unit was dirty. The photo of the top of the dresser in the master bedroom was so dusty I drew designs in it. The black edges of the ceiling fan are dirt. The hall carpet was at best "well used". We had maintenence in twice; the first time to repair a wall outlet; the second was fir a dishwasher problem We are long time owners at Wyndham and before that when it was Fairfield. There is, quite simply, no comparison.

Furthermore, Massanutten wasted no opportunity to charge us. What makes this so onerous is we were charged the same price for the miniature golf and ski lift as any member of the public, i. e , non owners. This begs the question of the value of ownership.

We purchased our membership on the triennial plan as a "look and see" trial. Thus far, it was money ill spent. If the material condition of our units matched the friendliness and courtesy of the staff, this review would have much different.
