Bill D. was informative, courteous and above all an excellent technician. He explained everything that needed to be done, complete with pictures to show us what he was talking about. The office staff were great as well. Definitely will be using Appleton Campbell for our heating and air conditioning needs. Also, will be happy to pass the word along to family and friends.
