I went to the Arch about six years ago. I also stopped by a few years ago while they were doing the construction. The new layout of the park, and the updated museum inside were all done very well. I last stopped by on July 4th and the entire area looked great. It was extremely easy to navigate, and the added security to enter the arch put my parents at ease.
