Disorganized already at the booking. Carpet in the rooms. No adjustable and noisy conditioning. Poor quality food. Unkindness of the Staff. Having left and then returned to the breakfast room, I was invited to drink the coffee standing up and then to go out (was it to blame? I asked for the coffee that I had not taken in the time of the breakfast because I used to like it after a few minutes ....). I spent two days at a work convention in December. I hope the next ones take place in real 4-star hotels!
