cleaning service is not thorough at all. there has been an empty bottle from previous guest under the desk since we arrived, we stayed 4 night and the bottle is still there when we checked out.
also, clearly glasses was not washed properly, maybe only drained on the tap. we used the glass to drink wines the night before and the next day after cleaning the glasses still smell of wines.
we would expect a much better cleaning and hygienic services from accor hotels, especially ones in singapore, one of the cleanest country in the world.
