I recently went through the process of re-mortgaging with NatWest and GPL were the elected solicitors to deal with the process. I had been advised by my IFA to keep on top of the lawyers to make sure everything was taken care of but, if anything, GPL kept on top of me! The whole process was completed in a matter of a few weeks and there was very little for me to worry about (not that that stopped me). So far, so good.

If I had one comment to make, it would be that whilst everything being done electronically made it a very smooth process, it lacked that human touch, so a 'welcome' phone call and a 'goodbye' phone call to round things off would have been welcomed.
