Stayed here for 2 nights while in town for a funer...

Stayed here for 2 nights while in town for a funeral. I attempted to check in on the app but it wasn't going thru so I chatted thru the app with an agent at the hotel. I let her know we'd be in very late and asked if she could have 2 extra pillows and a fan in the room for us. She said she would get with housekeeping. We checked in with no issues and sure enough, 2 extra pillows & a fan. What great service. THANK YOU for doing and not just listening. The hotel itself was very nice. We would absolutely stay here again.
