We used to frequent Moxie's quite often but lately our group has decided to stop going due to the ridiculously loud music. When we have asked for it to be turned down we were told that it was controlled by the head office.

In six months Moxie's has gone from being our regular watering hole and a 4 star review to a 1 star review and that's only because 0 wasn't an option.
