I was looking for a new vehicle to replace my totalled car and short on time to search. Phil and Tom were both great to work with, and definitely worked hard to find something that fit my specific list of must haves in a vehicle while respecting my budget. I was very particular in what I wanted and didn't want, which made it difficult in my short timeframe, especially when I didn't want to compromise on colour. The team managed it, and I couldn't be happier with my new Equinox. Phil went above and beyond, and Tom got me the best deal in the city. Jeff in sales was also great at stepping in and getting us on the road on Phil's day off. Overall, a great team and a very happy customer over here. The muffins and coffee while waiting was a bonus.
