Good amount of space. Maintenance was great. My water heater flooded my kitchen the morning I was going on a week long vacation, but they came immediately cleaned it up and even came by while I was out to empty the dehumidifier. I had some miscommunication with the staff due to new management and them trying to get all the new stuff straight, but everything worked out better than I expected. They helped me get a sublease when I had to move for my job and made my life so much easier!

Cinder block walls keep out most sounds
Spacious
Good staff
Great maintenance

Cons:
Cinder block walls trap humidity (they will give you a dehumidifier so it's not really a big issue)
Window unit doesn't cool the apartment the best, but it's manageable

I would recommend living here completely.
