When I subscribed to the electrabel engine service for gas and electricity, I was also offered a maintenance service for my annual boiler.
I therefore pay 7.99 per month X 12. I thought that 95 euros was a reasonable rate and I had therefore accepted. However, today I learned that this maintenance was not annual but biennial, so I find myself with a classic boiler maintenance for 190 while the radiators have not even been purged ...
