I visited Magnussen Lexus of Fremont for a repair on my older (2006) Lexus and I was simply amazed at the experience. All staff were friendly and forthcoming. All the folks I encountered, whether they were directly involved with my car or not, were smiling and helpful. Yes the job was done right and on time. I've never before had such a pleasant auto repair experience.
