Word of advice to all you honest and hardworking people out there.
DONT BOTHER APPEALING!
It's a waste of time!!
They are only interested in intimidating you with court action and you paying up eventually
which of course is very easy to do with the big button on their website. People dont want the hassle of it which is what this whole process is based on.
Try talking to someone or emailing them and you have more chance of bumping into Elvis at Burger King.
Tried to genuinely pay at their car park but payment wouldn't be accepted so after 20 minutes left and parked around corner which I provided evidence for to prove I wasn't trying to Scam them. (Ticket for all day parking with the car registration displayed)
Surprise Surprise they have video footage of me entering and leaving the car park (ANPR system apparently) but not of myself and colleagues stood reading their signage and trying to PAY for parking.
Common Sense is something required by companies sometimes but this one is sadly completely lacking in it!
