We used the clubhouse for our wedding and it was super affordable and beautiful with a large kitchen for our catering crew to use. However it was 100 degrees on our wedding day. With an evening reception, management was not on site after 6 pm and were apparently the only ones with access to the air conditioning. It was 80 or warmer in the hall and it pretty much ruined our plans for our wedding reception.
This is a pretty specific experience, but it's why I rate it so low. During moderate temperatures I'm sure it would have been everything I was expecting. Plan ahead and make sure this doesn't happen to you.
