Arranged for a Sharon Brown to ring to pay a balance, yet she never did, so phoned up the next day only to to her ring my partner call her on her phone and aggressively said my partners name 3 times, and was very aggressive. Even a manager Simon Williams admitted she had been blunt and direct, after he had heard the calls, and since then, on the same call he stood up for her. Since then, they have tried to make us look stupid, lied about us and are ignoring emails sent to Andy Baker, the CEO. We have an agreement in place, which even they broke within a week. BAD BAD BAD.
