It takes almost forever to get a book sent to this...

It takes almost forever to get a book sent to this library. Some staff seem indifferent to patrons' needs. Other staff can be helpful. Just hope that you don't get the ones that are inflexible and make no effort to help you obtain books, with their ever changing hours of operation. I am grateful that we have a library, but some of their staff are not very helpful. With COVID keeping us in, and most other stores, etc, open, normally, we need to have books to read, during this isolation.
