PLEASE listen to the negative reviews... I have NEVER written a negative review because I know how hard business ownership is. I am a local business owner in Clarksville and I know what it takes to run a professional entity that serves customers. This is the most unprofessional, nightmare of an experience that I have ever had with any company to date. Our move-in date was pushed two weeks, I left my job two times and was stood up without a single phone call, the house was absolutely disgusting when we moved in--we had to work our behinds off to get rid of the smoke, re-paint the walls, and really deep-clean the house... for a measly $200 rent reduction for one month (it would have cost more to hire it out--I've done it). After that, it took almost three months to fix the simplest things, and the bigger/unsafe things are still not fixed (a back deck that is falling apart, in which ONE board was replaced, and mold... we have three children living here). On top of all of that, our housing coordinator is the rudest woman that I have ever met... never follows through until I push several times, and made false assumptions without getting facts first. We were made promises that still have not been kept and I am counting the days to the end of our lease. Which is unfortunate for the house owners, because we keep an immaculately clean house, and we aren't military so we won't be leaving Clarksville any time soon.
