We have visited the twin Petronas Towers at 7 pm to watch the sunset from the top of Kuala Lumpur. It was great view but could have been better if we have choosen a bit earlier time as it was a bit more dark due to cloudy weather still we have enjoyed the visit and great views. My advise is to come a day earlier and book a suitable time to get your desired time if possible
