Very poor service for afternoon tea. The staff had no idea. The man that served us was wearing a dirty suit. The barman had no idea how to make a St Clements drink so I had to tell him. When I handed over the 'Red Letter' paperwork for which I had booked in May there was no trace. This was a present for my Mums birthday which was totally spoilt. The booking was eventually found by the man on the front desk who apologised and pointed this out to the lady in the bar who just said sorry (which frankly wasn't good enough as I had also spent 20 minutes on the phone to my husband trying to sort things out). It was the hotels fault!!! I even had to ask for a glass of Prosecco for my mum for the inconvenience......shouldnt have to ask. Very poor show
