Just had a great used car trade experience at John Eagle. Came in looking for a used Ridgeline, but left with something even more fun. Was it the easiest or quickest car buying experience I've had? Nope. Was it the worst? Far from it. Keith Thomas & Emelio Hernandez both helped me a lot taking me for various test drives and getting me through the initial negotiation process, and Manny Gil in the finance team made sure I understood all of my options but never pressured me. Even when I had some troubles with delayed paperwork in the TX systems, John Eagle's finance manager jumped on the problem and had answers for me by the end of the day. They took care of my wife before and me this time. I have no problem giving them another look in the future.
