Recently I had worked as an intern in quality department and acquired knowledge of different manufacturing processes such as coiling, heat treatment, grinding, shot-peening and plating !
I would seriously recommend anyone to this company !!
But the only con I had was with the HR department who actually hands out difference in receipts of payment for the same employee every month ---IYKWIM
On the whole
Pros---- career booster for any individual
Con ---- HR dept
