When our hotel unceremoniously cancelled our candlelight dinner reservation due to staff illness (yikes!), Colt & Gray were able to accommodate a Paleo diet (with several additional restrictions) with zero notice without batting an eye! They even had a vegan and gluten-free dessert! We were extremely impressed, and the food was incredible! My only complaint was that we were celebrating a special night and even had a last-minute online reservation, but we were oddly sat in the bar--despite there being plenty of room throughout the dining area. I wish I would have spoken up and asked for a different table, but we didn't want to make waves.
