The team at Smythe Volvo was wonderful to work with. They were very attentive to my every question from the first inquiry I made over the internet. Without being overbearing, they let me know that they were there to help in any way possible - and personally called to help me with my appointment. Once my wife and I arrived at the dealership, we saw that the cars were in excellent shape and Paul Leary was a delight to work with. He did everything to make us feel comfortable and took the time to walk us through the details of the car we were reviewing. He was quick to pick up on our previous Volvo experience and realized he could focus on certain details without necessary trying to "sell" us a car we already knew we wanted. The finance team, including Shaun Hayes, was also extremely supportive and informative. They answered all of our questions patiently and made sure we understand all of the details of the sale. All around - just an extremely pleasant car buying experience!
