I went to Virginia Therapy & Fitness Center for ~6 months and it was a great experience. I saw Danny who is a talented physical therapist who is very knowledgeable, thoughtful, and passionate about his work. I considered PT to be a total waste of time based on my experience at many other centers over the past 30 years, but VTFC has a completely different approach and made a huge difference for me! I recommend going in with an open mind and giving it a try. I don t think you ll be disappointed :) Also, everyone at the front desk is extremely welcoming and helpful!
