Nobody likes a collections company calling or having to call one and discuss a past due debt. Honestly, this company was extremely understanding and provided multiple options to clear up my issue. I spoke Donyel, he was extremely polite, efficient and provided me excellent customer service. Bottom line, I realized these guys are just trying to do their job like the rest of us. I know from past experience, of how I treated collection calls, that it can't be easy getting hung up on or yelled at a lot. So cheers to Donyel for making a difference in the collections world. One past due amount at a time~!!
