I've been sitting it the showroom for 20 mins now ...

I've been sitting it the showroom for 20 mins now without anyone offering help while literally 8 employees sit around talking amongst themselves. I asked for help at the front desk and was told by one guy he's busy instead ok f offering me service. I was an easy customer who knew exactly what I wanted. I would never return to this place even if I needed service.
