Rude customer service. I called and left two messages with the service desk, but never got a call back. When I explained this to the receptionist, she said there was nothing she could do about it. Finally, in frustration I just showed up and was ignored by everyone. I was also disappointed to see that the receptionist was only eight feet away from the service counter and could have easily talked to them from where she was sitting.

I wouldn't have anything to do with these guys if I had a choice.
