THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD AT A HOTEL. Reserved a king suite online and when we arrived to check in and the front desk took forever because they had no clean king suites! So we wait and they finally give us a room and it was not clean! The bed had hair all over it and the cleaning person literally tried to cover it up with a blanket over top. The bathroom was super small. The whole room didn't even smell clean. So disgusting I will not be recommending this hotel to anyone and will never stay there again for sure! Absolutely not worth $120 a night for bad service and a dirty room!
