I am super excited about my new Rav 4, John Nichols was so kind to help me pick out. He was patient, never made me feel rushed and absolutely works for the customer!! He does not get frustrated, he is understanding and made my buying experience incredible! Thank you John Nichols for making me feel special and for being patient with me.
