Buying our new Grand Cherokee from F. Jay at Richmond Chrysler was the most enjoyable car shopping experience we have ever had. He was genuinely interested in helping us find the next vehicle that was right for us, rather than making us feel he was trying to sell us something he needed to get off the lot.
