The receptionist was great did her job very well indeed, the hotel room was clean and no problems there, we booked an evening meal, my wife got the wrong meal and mine 'chicken' was stone cold in the middle, this was taken away and reheated rather than replaced, in the end I had a burger, as little to go wrong there, in the end our meal was given free of charge.
This is quite an expensive hotel, I'm guessing it as it doesn't have much competition and can sell the rooms at higher than expected prices. They need more staff.
