The crew that installed our solar panels was extremely professional. Upon arrival the crew supervisor introduced himself and his crew, explained quickly but thoroughly what they would be doing. He gave me a timeline for what steps they d be taking throughout the install and also explained the details of the steps and what it meant. He also went through a timeline for what to expect once install was complete from both his company and APS. Because I couldn t be at my home when install was complete, he worked with me to ensure they hadn t done any damage to the back yard, left any tools or trash and did a general walk around, which I thought was also very professional. I did appreciate the extra effort he took to allow me to let my dogs run throughout the install versus locking them inside all day because he needed to do the walk around at the end. That was a big deal for me as once they are locked in, they are in for the entire day, but he was sensitive to that and took extra steps needed to accommodate me! Once complete he called to inform me they were complete, sent several pictures and took the time to walk through each picture, explain the equipment and what it did as well as the start up process needed. He also emphasized that even though he d explained it to me, not to hestitate to call if I needed explanation again or had any questions at all about the system! Again an extremely professional and friendly crew and I walked away feeling completely comfortable that I understood what would take place start to finish! Thank you Titan installers!!
