They sold us an analog camera system at a custom price, yet it was a packaged kit and the install work was disappointing. When the analog didn't provide the quality, they told us we needed to upgrade in order to get better quality. So instead of upgrading us to a digital camera, they upgraded us to another analog camera (confirmed from manufacturer). We called and spoke with an Anthony(?) who really wasn't very nice & we asked that the owner call us back, but never heard back from anyone. Later we found out that Comtec now uses "locked" keypads which means if you ever change to another monitoring company that you will have to replace all your keypads and a few other parts. We have been loyal customers for many years, but after finding out we have now paid more for an outdated analog camera system and could have had a much better, fully digital system for even less, we are taking a business elsewhere.
