I was never very good at skiing but, my son thinks it is great. He meets a few of his friends here and they will stay all day. Especially, if the snow is good and the hills are covered well. Most of the people at the ticket booth are pleasant and helpful. The equipment rentals are usually pretty good. There are skies, snowboards and inter tubes. You can rent the correct type of boots and helmets, if you don't have your own. My son says the food is good and you can get something to drink too. He likes the sloppy joe and fries with either a water, gatorade or an occasional Sierra mist. There are classes for those that want to learn how to ski or to become a better skier. You can also book a group. There are different hills for the different level of skier. It can be a bit pricey but there are seasonal passes, specials, group rates and discounts available.
