I've been reaching out their customer service and technicians for help because their internet frequency are being unstable for the past 3 months. They push me like ping pong and things never settle. Their staffs all rude especially Shamita and Anusha. I've been paying RM 210.94 for 1Gb plan but i get peanuts. This is so unfair for me. I need you guys to settle my case asap! dont want to hear excuses no more. Please be more professional.. You guys are dealing with people's money. No joke!
