I have been with iiNet for quite a number of years and referred my mum and dad also; the cost is a lot more competitive then others and the service is wonderful. Ringing up instead of holding forever iiNet will return your call, no more waiting in cue. I have always had a good experience with the team on the phones and I have found their patience with my technical inexperience comforting. Thank you iiNet. I'm only sorry that I can no longer purchase my phone through you guys. However at this stage I won't be leaving any time soon.
