Worst in treating employees. In terms of treating employees with respect, salary date at 8th of each month, highly worst cafeteria (with smoking zone for non-smokers, no two way cab facility, salary holdings unnecessarily, handovering mobiles to securities (can't get back in the middle of the shifts), stretching hours for work more than the actual working hours (not all teams), no proper computers (crt monitors are being used only in this company), ceiling fans in the toilet room (height of tragedy), drizzling water from the cafeteria taps, No cost-free foods or drinks, No proper foods (only Dosa, brinji, parota, fried-rice with rich chinese salt, egg kushka, veg kushka) everyday, going outside of the office premises in the middle of the working hour is not permissible, insufficient vehicle parking slot, uninvolved Human Resources/higher level managers.
