I ordered a couch through a local retailer of Smit...

I ordered a couch through a local retailer of Smith Brothers. This was on May 1st, it's July 16th and I still don't have my couch.

Not only do I not have my couch, Smith Brothers isn't giving the retailer an answer as to when they are going to ship my couch. They are telling the retailer my couch is done and through production, but will not give them an answer as to when it's going to ship.

I called Smith Brothers myself, and I've now left 3 voicemails and still no call back. The retailer is bending over backwards for me trying to figure out what's going on and contacting Smith Brothers daily and not getting an answer.

I would NEVER EVER buy furniture from this company. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. How can you tell someone that their couch is finished but you have no idea when you will ship it???!!

God help the manager I get on the phone with from this company...
