M MM Review of Fire On the Bayou

My food was so good that I didn't want to give up one single bite to trade with my husband to taste his.
The alligator bites were perfect, light and crispy, my etouffee was spectacular, and my husband couldn't stop raving that if this is what jambalaya is supposed to taste like, he's been having sad attempts at it for the last ten years. Dessert was bread pudding that was swimming in sauce and covered in rum-drunk raisins. Our server was right; it tasted like a big cinnamon roll.
We are definitely coming back.
